David Aziz is the head of integrated behavioral health operations at LifeStance Health, one of the largest providers of in-person and virtual outpatient behavioral healthcare in the country. David joined LifeStance Health shortly after its inception in 2017 and helped grow the company from two states to 33 states by establishing partnerships with more than 30 behavioral health practices and over 1,000 clinicians with diverse backgrounds and skillsets. In partnership with Kristin MacGregor, PhD, David launched LifeStance’s Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) service line in 2023, in line with LifeStance’s mission to improve access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare.
