Federico Mendez is a bilingual (Spanish/English) marriage and family therapist and author, currently working in private practice. He is pursuing his PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy at Texas Women's University in Denton, Texas. His research interests span several key areas, including chronic illness, Medical Family Therapy, and Supervision. Additionally, he is passionate about addressing issues that affect the Latinx/e community and advocates for LGBTQAI2S+ rights and inclusion. Through his work, Federico seeks to contribute to more inclusive and supportive therapeutic practices for diverse populations.
