Alison Carroll, MSW, LICSW, is a Behavioral Health Integration Manager with the Pediatric Physicians’ Organization at Children’s, at Boston Children’s Hospital. Alison works with private pediatric primary care practices across Massachusetts that are affiliated with the PPOC to build out new BH programs, onboard and train integrated behavioral health providers and implement access and quality workflows. She has also developed a comprehensive training for primary care teams to help patients access behavioral health specialty care.
Alison is dedicated to ensuring that all children receive high quality behavioral health and medical care and believes that behavioral health integrated into primary care is a critical component of this.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Alison enjoys reading and spending time at the beach with her husband, two daughters, and their Labrador Retriever.
