As an Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Providence St. Joseph Health, Nicole has more than a decade of experience with the organization. She is a board-certified nurse for ambulatory care, serving as a strategic partner in enhancing professional practice and clinical operations in over 1,000 clinics across seven states. She is responsible for professional nursing practice, clinical education, evidence-based practice, and improving clinical outcomes in the ambulatory care setting. She is currently engaged in a system-wide project focused on improving the care of patients with depression.
