Are you looking for ways to help yourself as well as your team get more comfortable supporting LGBTQ+ youth? Do you feel like everything you hear about this topic is negative, negative, negative? If so then you are in the right place! Let’s talk about their strengths and work on developing yours and your teams tools/skills for supporting LGBTQ+ youth and families.

Objective 1
To shift the dialogue from risk to resiliency factors for youth related to work with LGBTQ+ populations.
Objective 2
Participants will learn how Behavioral Health Consultants can be a catalyst for change inside and outside of exam rooms.
Objective 3
Participants will have an understanding of how integrated care can help to bridge knowledge gaps and learn tools to help upskill their teams on working with LGBTQ+ populations.
