Dr. Allison Allmon Dixson (she/her) is a pediatric primary care psychologist committed to advancing integrated behavioral health and advocating for equitable, family-centered care. She is the Section Chair of Integrated Care at Gundersen of Emplify Health in La Crosse, WI, supporting behavioral health consultants across primary and medical specialty care clinics. As a Pediatric Primary Care Psychologist and Behavioral Medicine Faculty in the Family Medicine Residency, Dr. Allmon Dixson provides compassionate, contextually congruent care while teaching and learning alongside residents. Her work in interdisciplinary teams, interprofessional education, and research has furthered her aims to promote behavioral heath care access to all. Her greatest teachers are her patients and her children, Finley and Maggie.
