Molly Jones is the Director of Health Information and Quality at the Wisconsin Primary Care Association (WPHCA), an organization serving Wisconsin’s 19 Community Health Centers (CHCs) Molly believes that that access to high quality and affordable health care is a fundamental human right. Molly wears many hats in her role at WPHCA, including serving as the Project Director for WPHCA’s Health Center Controlled Network, a federally funded initiative to advance CHC adoption of health information technology and digital tools, and leading WPHCA’s behavioral health policy and technical assistance work. Molly provides specialized training and technical assistance for CHCs on topics including, telehealth optimization and policy, digital patient engagement, digital health literacy and navigation models, integrated behavioral health care models and financial sustainability, behavioral health policy and reimbursement, interoperability, and academic research participation. Molly’s work spans the array of micro, organizational, and systems-level policy and program development and aims to improve access to high-quality health care through the work of CHCs.
