Refund requests made by Friday, October 2, 2026, will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee. Refund requests for no-shows or cancellations after October 2, 2026, will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $200 processing fee. Contact tlouder@cfha.net for a refund and/or cancellation.

People who register for the full conference have access to all food and beverage events, including:
- Coffee/tea break in the morning from 9-11 AM
- Welcome reception on Thursday with hors d'œuvres
- Lunch on Friday
- Poster reception on Friday with hors d'œuvres
- Awards lunch on Saturday
The dress code is business casual. The temperature in session rooms can fluctuate, so please bring layers.
