This presentation will share a practical, interdisciplinary roadmap for launching and scaling a pediatric nutrition program within a busy primary care setting. Attendees will learn strategies for engaging clinical teams, designing efficient workflows, aligning reimbursement and value-based revenue, and demonstrating patient impact. Real-world lessons will highlight common barriers, solutions, and measurable outcomes.
