This poster explores the development of a curriculum designed to help residents recognize and address the impact of medical trauma within their clinical experiences. The poster will highlight early development of the curriculum including gathering feedback from key stakeholders. This initiative highlights the importance of integrating medical trauma education into residency training to foster awareness, support, and treatment of medical trauma.
