This poster evaluates the impact of a specialized digital Value-Based Care course on participants’ self-reported knowledge, confidence, and attitudes toward VBC implementation. Using pre- and post-course survey data from multi-professional cohorts, the study examined changes across providers, payers, and participants with no prior VBC experience. Results showed significant knowledge gains across groups, with the largest improvement among participants with no prior VBC experience. Findings support scalable VBC education as a strategy to close stakeholder knowledge gaps and improve readiness for value-based care implementation.
