Description

The use of evidence-based suicide care is uncommon in integrated care settings beyond screening, assessment, and crisis planning. Using the Design/Build, Test (DDBT) framework of human centered design (HCD), we interviewed 24 integrated care clinicians from 3 user groups about their experiences providing care to adolescents and young adults (AYAs), ages 13-30 reporting suicidality. We explore what trios of integrated care teams (PCP, BHCM, and PC) said were usability issues to see if there are similarities or differences they identified related to current suicide Care practices by clinic or by role across all clinics.
