Dr. Leticia Bland, DHSc, MPAS, PA-C joined the Department of Physician Assistant Studies at UT Health San Antonio in 2016 as an Assistant Professor/Adjunct Clinical Coordinator; currently serves as the Director of Education and Outcomes. Areas of interest are promoting diversity and inclusion, global and interprofessional education, community service learning, and faculty development. She co-directed the implementation of TeamSTEPPS and Interprofessional Education for the School of Health Professions; currently the co-investigator for three community service-learning projects supported by Linking Interprofessional Networks for Collaboration (LINC) grants aimed at promoting student skills in critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration and building relationships in the community they serve.
