Mary Carol Campbell, MSW, LCSW (she/ her) is currently the Senior Director of Behavioral Health Integration and Family Services at the Health Federation of Philadelphia. She leads strategic planning, innovation, program development, advocacy, and expansion of HFP’s work promoting behavioral health integration and family-centered human services. This includes executive leadership for the HFP teams providing direct services for children and families and Philadelphia Integrated Care Network (PICN), ensuring high-quality training, technical assistance/ consultation, and systems-level advocacy for PICN’s regional network of integrated care providers. Mary Carol also has over 20 years of experience providing behavioral health services in FQHC settings. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Social Work from Simmons College School of Social Work, and a Post-Master’s certificate in Executive Leadership in the Not-For-Profit Sector from New York University.
