Molly Achard, LMSW is a Training and Implementation Specialist for PRISM, a team within the Michigan Medicine Department of Psychiatry. In this role, she supports primary and specialty care clinics across Michigan with implementation of the Collaborative Care model. Molly started her career providing home-based infant mental health therapy to parents and young children in the Detroit area. She then worked as a behavioral health consultant in a family medicine clinic in Denver, Colorado before returning to Michigan and joining the PRISM team in 2023.
