Yufan (Baby) Wang is a Ph.D. student in Clinical Psychology at Northwestern University and a member of the Ideas to Implementation Lab. Her research focuses on designing family-based interventions for underserved children and advancing health equity within healthcare systems to improve outcomes for children and families through a systems-level approach. She has contributed to the system-wide implementation and evaluation of the Collaborative Care Model across Northwestern Medicine, including research on clinician experiences, implementation barriers and facilitators, and equitable access to care. Yufan completed her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Northwestern University and previously earned an honors M.A. (B.A. equivalent) in Psychology and Business from the University of Edinburgh.
