Kirsten Infinger, LCSW, is a behavioral health leader, founder, and licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience developing and strengthening integrated care programs across outpatient, community, and interdisciplinary medical settings. She is the founder of Embolden Therapeutic Services, where she supports primary care including pediatric practices in building sustainable, evidence-based behavioral health integration models, including Collaborative Care Management. Kirsten’s background includes clinical leadership, program development, supervision, crisis response, quality improvement, and advocacy for expanded access to behavioral health services. She has led multidisciplinary teams, developed professional education and CEU content, and contributed to community and advisory initiatives supporting families, clinicians, and healthcare systems. Her work is grounded in transparent leadership, trauma-informed care, and a commitment to improving health equity.
