Tiffany Conroy, MSW, LISW is the Senior Lead Integrated Health Consultant with the Iowa Primary Care Association, where she leads behavioral health integration initiatives and provides strategic consultation and technical assistance to Iowa's community health centers. She also serves as team lead for a multidisciplinary team of integrated health consultants supporting healthcare transformation across behavioral health, medical, dental, and pharmacy services. With more than 15 years of experience spanning behavioral health, primary care, public health, and healthcare transformation, Tiffany specializes in integrated care, trauma-informed approaches, workforce development, and systems change.

Prior to joining the Iowa PCA, Tiffany held leadership roles with the Iowa Department of Public Health, where she oversaw statewide violence prevention and response initiatives and managed federal and state-funded public health programs. She also spent nearly a decade as a trauma therapist, trainer, and program leader in community mental health and trauma-focused organizations in Iowa and Illinois. In addition, Tiffany provides national consulting and training to healthcare and public health organizations seeking to build sustainable, trauma-informed, and healing-centered systems.

A self-described "realistic optimist," Tiffany is passionate about helping organizations navigate complex challenges while creating practical pathways to meaningful and lasting change. She brings a unique blend of professional expertise, lived experience, and deep commitment to supporting the clinicians, leaders, and communities working every day to improve health and well-being.
