Roberta Vena is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Director of Integrated Behavioral Health for the Philadelphia Department of Public Health’s Ambulatory Health Services, contracted through the Health Federation of Philadelphia. She has over 19 years of clinical social work experience and more than 12 years of experience in integrated primary care, behavioral health, substance use treatment, and program development. Roberta specializes in behavioral health integration, clinical workflow development, quality improvement, and expanding access to care for underserved communities. Her clinical expertise includes integrated behavioral health, substance use treatment, CBT-I, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR.
