Tyrena Lester, LICSW, is the Director of Clinical Implementation at Mirah, where she drives measurement-based and collaborative care implementations, and customer engagement. A seasoned clinical leader, Tyrena brings expertise in trauma-informed care and multidisciplinary collaboration from her previous supervisory roles at Baystate Medical Center’s Family Advocacy Center and Child Partial Hospitalization. She is an Adjunct Faculty member at Westfi eld State University, teaching Foundation Practicum and General Practice in the MSW Program . Additionally, Tyrena is a certifi ed trainer in Collaborative Problem Solving through Think Kids. Currently pursuing her MBA, Tyrena uniquely integrates her clinical and business perspectives to help organizations balance clinical needs with sustainable business models.
