Dr. Elisa A. Rudd is a Psychologist Medical Director with Providence Medical Group in Oregon, where she provides regional psychology leadership supporting behavioral health integration across primary and specialty care clinics throughout the state. She partners with physician, operational, quality, nursing, and behavioral health leaders to design and implement interdisciplinary clinical workflows that strengthen patient care, expand access, and advance value-based quality care. Her work has included co-leading regional initiatives in cognitive and dementia care, depression screening and treatment response, suicide prevention, substance use treatment in primary care, and virtual behavioral health, as well as leading APA accreditation of Providence Oregon's psychology internship and residency training programs.
