Julian Mitton, MD MPH is a healthcare innovation leader and addiction medicine physician dedicated to advancing equitable care for underserved populations. With clinical expertise in population and behavioral health, and advanced training in health services research and implementation science, he has led clinical innovations and policy initiatives at leading institutions including Harvard Medical School, CommonSpirit Health, and Redesign Health. Currently Head of Clinical Operations at Era Supports and Medical Director at Zero Overdose, Dr. Mitton’s recent work focuses on tech-enabled population health and expanding access to evidence-based addiction treatment. He completed his training at SUNY Stony Brook, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Harvard School of Public Health, and his research has been published in NEJM Catalyst and the Journal of Addiction Medicine.
