Gracie Frow is the Epidemiologist for the CDC-funded Comprehensive Suicide Prevention Blueprint for Adult and Youth (CoSPLAY) program at University Health’s Community Initiatives and Population Health Department. Mrs. Frow joined University Health in 2024 and has assumed the lead for syndromic surveillance of suicide-related events and suicide deaths in Bexar County, Texas as part of CoSPLAY. This entails tracking suicide events on a monthly basis and submitting reports to the CDC. With her background in epidemiology, she has expertise in disseminating large scale suicide data analyses to stakeholders and community members. In addition to the live presentations she facilitates, she is leading the effort to create live customizable dashboards for suicide-related data to the general public.
