Idalmi Deleon, MPH is a Senior Project Manager at the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute with more than seven years of experience in public health and mental health program management. She supports the Center for Health System Transformation by advancing initiatives that integrate behavioral health into primary care settings. Prior to joining the Meadows Institute, she led evaluation and program coordination efforts for behavioral health and suicide prevention initiatives, including the 988 Tribal Response Project at the Southern Plains Tribal Health Board. Idalmi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Public Health in Community Engagement from the University of Central Oklahoma and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). Outside of work, she enjoys reading fantasy novels, playing games, exploring new cities and local restaurants, and spending time with her three cats.
