What I Do
My philosophy of care is to work with patients alongside their primary care providers to treat physical and mental health needs simultaneously. I utilize a person-centered, solution-focused approach to assist patients in meeting their individual goals.

My clinical interests include primary care behavioral health, telehealth, behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults and families.

Why I Love My Work
It never ceases to amaze me the strength and resilience people show when they are faced with concerns or problems in their life. Walking through those seasons with an individual is an honor and is inspirational. I get to participate in some of the most important moments in the lives of those I see – an experience I hold with deep appreciation.

Getting to Know Me
My hobbies are endless! I enjoy quilting, growing a cut flower garden in the summer, floral design, staying active with endurance sports, and spending time with my family.
