Robin Govanlu, LMHC-D, LPC, LAC, is the Chief of Behavioral Health at Oak Orchard Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center serving rural communities across Western New York. With nearly 20 years of experience in behavioral health and healthcare leadership, Robin leads the development of integrated care strategies that bring together behavioral health, care management, social care navigation, community health workers, and community-based services to improve access and population health outcomes.

Her work focuses on building practical, scalable models of integrated care within resource-constrained healthcare settings, with an emphasis on using interdisciplinary teams, technology, and data to move from traditional referral-based care toward proactive, population-based approaches.
