In her capacity as the Director of Training and Evaluation at the Dignity in Healing Collective, Anaja Arthur oversees the delivery and efficacy of training initiatives. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Anthropology from Creighton University and a Master of Public Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center, with a focus on Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences. Anaja’s career is dedicated to enhancing healthcare affordability and accessibility, specifically for minority populations.

Beyond her operational role, Anaja explores research concerning social determinants of health and the complex relationship between race, trust, and the medical field. She has contributed two articles to Social Philosophy Today that analyze racial dynamics and epistemic injustice.
