Danielle Gadbois is a Behavioral Health Integration Program Manager at the NYS Office of Mental Health, supporting the adoption and scale of the Psychiatric Collaborative Care Model (CoCM). With experience in behavioral health integration, quality improvement, and program evaluation, she provides data-driven training and technical assistance to primary care practices across NYS. She serves as Project Director for a SAMHSA PIPBHC grant funded effort to implement and sustain the CoCM in youth-serving practices.
Prior to her current role, Danielle held clinical research positions focused on implementation, outcomes analysis, and child welfare systems improvement. Danielle has contributed to publications related to advancing sustainable integrated care practices in primary care settings. She holds an M.A. in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College and a B.A. in Psychology from Quinnipiac University.
