With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, she combines clinical expertise with a passion for quality improvement, workflow optimization, and sustainable program development. Karen earned her MBA in Healthcare Administration and has led initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, documentation, and financial performance within collaborative care. She is passionate about helping healthcare organizations build integrated behavioral health programs that are both clinically effective and financially sustainable.
