Jaime R Perez, MSN, FNP-BC, is a Board-Certified family Nurse Practitioner with clinical experience spanning emergency medicine, urgent care, and community based primary care. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in 2021 and currently practices with Community Health of Central Washington, providing comprehensive primary care with emphasis on prevention, chronic disease management, health education, and continuity of care. He is particularly passionate about improving healthcare access and developing practical, sustainable lifestyle interventions that are meaningful to Hispanic communities.
In addition to his clinical practice, Ricardo has served 24 years in the United States Army Reserve, including humanitarian missions supporting communities in Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Dominican Republic, United Kingdom and Germany. These experiences have further developed his perspective on cultural humility, service, leadership, teamwork, and resilience. His professional interests center on whole person care and strengthening collaboration between primary care and behavioral health to improve prevention, health behaviors, and overall well-being particularly within underserved and culturally diverse communities.
