Dr. Butzon is passionate about working with children, families, and the community to improve quality of life. She has been the Supervisor of Le Bonheur Pediatrics since 2022. After graduating from Furman University, she earned her Master's and Doctoral degrees in School Psychology from The University of Georgia. She completed her predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship through the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where she was then hired as a supervisor and psychologist. Dr. Butzon has worked in private practice, schools, and medical settings. Her clinical areas of specialty include neurodevelopmental disabilities, mood disorders, behavior disorders, anxiety, trauma, and health-related conditions. Membership in CFHA has been incredibly impactful in Dr. Butzon's role as a BHC and supervisor.
