Melissa Kenter, DNP, APRN-FPA, FNP-C, is the Clinical Administrative Director for Practice Management at Sarah Bush Lincoln, where she provides clinical and strategic leadership across multiple service lines, with a focus on aligning strategy and expanding patient access. A family nurse practitioner and experienced healthcare leader, she brings a diverse background in clinical practice, operations, education, and leadership development. Melissa holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Northern Kentucky University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and has taught nursing at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. She is passionate about strategic operations, developing strong healthcare leaders, and driving growth through the development and expansion of services that meet the evolving needs of patients and communities.
