Dr. Alicia B. Forinash is a Professor of Pharmacy Practice at St. Louis College of Pharmacy at the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis, Missouri. She received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and her Doctor of Pharmacy from St. Louis College of Pharmacy.
