Audrey Gough, BSN, RN, Administrator of the Shelby County Health Department in Shelbyville, MO. Audrey has been active in Public Health for over 40 years starting as a public health nurse then becoming the Administrator 33 years ago. Audrey is a native of Shelby County growing up on a farm in Emden. Audrey obtained her BSN from Northeast Missouri State University (now Truman State) in 1985. Audrey has been involved in many aspects of public health at the local and state level. Audrey and her husband Mark have been married 41 years and raised 3 girls in the rural farming community.
