K. Danielle Spencer, LMSW earned her bachelor's degree in psychology in 2004 and began her career providing case management services to youth. She later spent seven years in care coordination at a cancer center, where she developed extensive experience supporting patients with complex medical needs and navigating multidisciplinary care.
After earning her Master of Social Work in 2024, Danielle expanded her clinical experience by working in community mental health and at a child advocacy center, providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to individuals and families. She currently serves as a Behavioral Health Care Manager in the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) program at East Arkansas Family Health Center, where she has worked for the past year, partnering with primary care providers to improve access to behavioral health services.
Danielle is passionate about improving the lives of aging adults and children through person-centered, evidence-based care. She is committed to increasing access to quality mental health services and fostering resilience within the communities she serves.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys traveling with her husband, tending to her garden, caring for her collection of 21 houseplants, and spending time with her beloved elderly cat, Shadow.
