Anne Roubal is an experienced epidemiologist with over 15 years of experience analyzing and communicating public health data to a wide variety of audiences. Dr. Roubal serves as the project director for the Academy for Integrating Behavioral Health and Primary Care (the Academy), serving as a national resource and coordinating center for professionals working to integrate behavioral health and primary care services funded by AHRQ. The scope of work includes hosting webinars, developing and curating website content, and maintaining a comprehensive suite of resources, news, and research to support behavioral health integration (BHI) in primary care. Westat also convenes the National Integration Academy Council (NIAC) and the Federal Working Group (FWG), leveraging their expertise to inform Academy activities. Methodologies employed include robust dissemination strategies, such as conference presentations, grand rounds, and digital storytelling, as well as continuous website updates to ensure the Academy remains a central hub for emerging evidence, best practices, and lessons learned.
