Qing Li is a student at University of Colorado, an PREP certified relationship educator and an OB/GYN-trained perinatal and injury epidemiologist. She holds a Doctor of Public Health degree in Maternal and Child Health from University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Master of Medicine in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Sun Yat-Sen University of Medical Sciences in Guangzhou. She trained OB/GYNs in China on safe delivery practices and in Mississippi on intimate partner violence screening. Her work focuses on building transdisciplinary translational teams and integrated data systems, evaluating culturally tailored preventive interventions, public health laws, collaborative quality improvement, and integrated systems of care, preventing violence and pregnancy-associated homicide and suicide, and promoting safe motherhood, health equity, mental, behavioral, and relational health, and family resilience.
