Raquel Espino is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 9 years of experience, specifically working with concerns related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, trauma, and grief and loss. She is certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT). Raquel currently serves the perinatal population on HRSA-funded maternal health grant called Mama Bexar within University Health in San Antonio, TX. In her free time, she enjoys listening to K-Pop, volunteering with various organizations, and sharing a laugh with her family and friends over a cup of coffee.
