Prior to FamilyWell, she served as the Head of Operations at Benchmark Health (seed stage) where she launched and scaled a behavioral health triage and collaborative care program for primary care providers. She was responsible for supporting clinical operations, sales, implementation, customer success and working with product to implement an EHR, registry and dashboards. In less than a year a clinical care model was implemented, 11 contracts over two states were signed and over 1,000 patients referred for services with a patient NPS >70.
