Description
Led by CFHA: The Integrated Care Association's Special Interest Group (SIG) Leaders this session will present the areas of emerging need and growth in their defined areas as a way of mapping out the needs of the field at large. These leaders in fields such as PCBH, CoCM, Pediatrics, Family-Oriented Care and Value-Based Care will present their ideas for tackling the rapidly changing healthcare environment in areas such as emerging clinical needs (eg. pediatric mental health crisis), the role of technology and innovation (eg. artificial intelligence) and workforce development gaps (eg. how are we training to meet future team needs). Participants will also here how each SIG is mapping their work to meet the need.
