This presentation will be a description of the creation, implementation, and treatment model of the Comprehensive Addiction Medicine program within the MaineHealth system, specifically in rural locations. Demonstration of how using this integrated model has opened access to SUD treatment for patients in rural communities where access was limited or nonexistent before. Sharing data regarding the number of patients served in various locations, outlining successes and future areas of improvement.
