This presentation will describe work undertaken by our growing integrated behavioral health team as we work to both remain aligned with our core values while also celebrating the inherent differences associates with practice in varied medical settings. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience our approach to competency review and microlearning, and explore how their teams can incorporate this into their own ongoing learning. We will also discuss how this work has impacted how we train students and how we onboard new providers.
