Cassandra Sanow-Hansen, MSW, LICSW, is a Clinical Social Worker and the Behavioral Health Access Manager at CentraCare in St. Cloud, Minnesota. In her current role, she leads initiatives to enhance access to behavioral health services through innovation, workflow development, section standardization, strategicutilization optimization, and system-wide collaboration. Cassandra's role is within CentraCare's Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) team, given IBH's vital role in ease of access to behavioral health services. Her understanding of integrated behavioral health comes from previously providing Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) services at a family medicine site within CentraCare, where she also piloted the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM).

With a diverse clinical background spanning inpatient, outpatient, day treatment, residential, and community rehabilitation settings, Cassandra is passionate about improving care delivery across the behavioral health continuum.
