As Director of Integrated Behavioral Health for Optum Behavioral Care, I lead the development and execution of our Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) service line. My clinical background spans over a decade across primary care, emergency departments, virtual care, and a Family Medicine Residency program within a Federally Qualified Health Center. I am deeply committed to integrating behavioral health into primary care to promote holistic, patient-centered care. I live in Orange Park, FL, with my husband, two tweens, and our fluffy dog, and enjoy traveling and spending time near the water.
