Shannon Silvestri, LMHC, LPC, is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida and a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. She is also a certified crisis prevention instructor who works from a person-centered approach allowing patients to have an open and safe environment to express themselves and feel understood. She enjoys providing counseling to individuals and families.I am a former Air Force child and spent most of my childhood in Texas and Tennessee but settled in Florida with my family in 2017. I enjoy going to the beach, running, snow skiing, and exploring surrounding areas with my family and friends. I enjoy attending sporting events as well.

My passion is helping teens, children and adults as they navigate the wide variety of challenges that life presents. My goal when working with children and teens is to equip them to navigate their home and school environments as well as peer relationships successfully, whether they are experiencing a crisis or life transition. I implement an eclectic approach to support permanent change.
