Purpose
To understand and support the Advancement of Collaborative Care internally as part of CFHA strategic framework and externally across state and federal legislation and policies.
Goals and Outcomes
- Review state data grid for Collaborative Care activity to identify connections and advocacy opportunities
- Review state reimbursements and discuss those at less than 100% of Medicare for advocacy
- Review and understand Complete Care Act and practice implications
- Review “optimal” policies for state CoCM
- Review proposed and likely changes to CMS rules for CoCM reimbursement in FQHCs and CCBHCs
- Discuss how CoCM could fit into CHFA’s strategic planning and framework to service
