Purpose

To understand and support the Advancement of Collaborative Care internally as part of CFHA strategic framework and externally across state and federal legislation and policies.

Goals and Outcomes

  1. Review state data grid for Collaborative Care activity to identify connections and advocacy opportunities
  2. Review state reimbursements and discuss those at less than 100% of Medicare for advocacy
  3. Review and understand Complete Care Act and practice implications
  4. Review “optimal” policies for state CoCM
  5. Review proposed and likely changes to CMS rules for CoCM reimbursement in FQHCs and CCBHCs
  6. Discuss how CoCM could fit into CHFA’s strategic planning and framework to service
