Sustaining Measurement in Teams and Systems

This session focuses on organizational sustainability and leadership engagement in MBC.

Participants will explore how measurement systems function within broader team and organizational structures, including questions such as:

• Who reviews measurement data?
• How are results incorporated into clinical decisions?
• How can leadership create structures that support clinicians in using measurement meaningfully?

The session will also explore the relationship between measurement-based care and value-based care models, helping clinicians and leaders understand how outcome measurement can support population-level improvement and organizational strategy.

Participants will identify ways to build cultures of learning, supervision, and psychological safety around measurement use.
