Delana graduated from Bushnell University (Eugene, OR) in December 2020 and has worked as an integrated behavioral health clinician at Rogue Community Health since October 2021. Since the start of her journey as a BHC she has strived to provide quality care to improve outcomes for clients' mental/emotional health as well as their physical health.

Delana is currently the program's lead clinician, offering support to other clinicians at Rogue Community Health and adovcating for clients, BHCs, and the IBH program as a whole to continue to improve the program/system and support clients toward their desired outcomes.
