Dr. Joseph Barron a clinical psychologist with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the VA Center for Integrated Healthcare. Since 2012, he has served in a variety of integrated care roles including frontline clinician, administrator, regional trainer, and national consultant. In his current role, Dr. Barron provides consultation, resource development, training, and implementation support to sites and stakeholders of all levels throughout the VA system. He is involved in a variety of initiatives and scholarly pursuits related to integrated care, including focus on measurement based care, implementation support for brief treatment protocols, and service as a peer reviewer for a professional journal. Dr. Barron is based in San Antonio, Texas, where he also maintains a small private practice.
